  • Aggressive breeds not allowed

Rental Criteria

  • Background check required for all occupants 18+.
  • No evictions, large collections, or felonies
  • Case-by-case review of misdemeanors (no theft or violence)
  • No bankruptcies in the past 4 years
  • Minimum credit score: 550
  • Income must be 2.7x rent (after taxes).
  • Income verified via bank link, payroll link, or documents
  • Minimum savings: 1 month’s rent in bank account
  • Out-of-state applicants: job transfer proof or offer letter + in-person visit required
  • No security deposit! We use The Guarantors—a one-time fee covers deposit and rent loss, saving on move-in costs
